Dispatch
In-stock sets are dispatched within 1 to 2 working days. Engraved sets add one working day. You will receive a tracking link by email as soon as the parcel is collected.
Christmas 2026 last order dates
- United States: order by 15 December for delivery before 24 December
- United Kingdom: order by 18 December
- European Union: order by 10 December
- Engraved sets: subtract one day from each date
Packaging
Sets travel in a rigid gift box inside a double-wall shipping carton with corner protection. If anything arrives damaged, photograph the box and the item and email us within 48 hours; we send a replacement piece or set straight away.
