What are the pieces made of?

Full-size pieces are cast in weighted polyester resin from our original moulds and felted underneath. The green and cream pieces are 3D printed. Boards are solid wood.

Is the set heavy enough to play with?

Yes. The 32 full-size pieces weigh about 500 g together, with a felted base, and the king is 8.4 cm tall on a 4 cm square, which is standard club proportion.

Where is it made?

Designed in London and made in our own workshop in Turkey, then checked and packed in the UK. US orders ship from stock in Georgia so you get it in days, without duties.

Can I add a name or message?

UK orders only: add the Engraved Plaque at checkout and write your text. Up to 40 characters, fitted to the gift box lid. Plaques are made to order and add 3 to 5 days to dispatch.

What if a piece breaks or is lost?

Email us. Replacement pieces are available for every design for as long as we make it.

How do I look after the board?

Dust with a dry cloth. Keep it out of direct sun and away from radiators so the wood stays flat. Do not use polish on the pieces.

Why is the same set cheaper or dearer elsewhere?

It is not. From September 2026 Junce sets are the same price here and on Etsy, with delivery included.
