Returns and Refunds

30 day returns

If a set is not right, you have 30 days from delivery to return it for a full refund of the item price. Email hello@juncechess.com with your order number and we will send return instructions. UK returns include a prepaid label; for other countries the return postage is paid by you unless the item is faulty.

Items must come back in the original box, unused. Personalised items (engraved plaques, printed boxes) cannot be returned unless faulty.

Damaged or faulty

Photograph the parcel and the item and email us within 48 hours of delivery. We replace damaged pieces or whole sets at our cost, and if you would rather have a refund we do that instead. You will not be asked to return a damaged set before we send the replacement.

Cancellations

You can cancel any order before it has been dispatched for a full refund. Personalised orders can be cancelled until engraving begins, usually within 24 hours of ordering.

Refund timing

Refunds are issued within 3 working days of the return arriving, to the original payment method.

Your statutory rights

Nothing here affects your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or, for EU customers, your 14 day right of withdrawal.
