Returns

Return Policy Duration
​

Our return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Eligibility for Returns


To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damaged or Wrong Product


If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, our worry-free return policy allows you to return it. You need to first get a return authorization from us before shipping the item. You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. The item must be in the same condition as you received it and unused, in its original packaging, and with proof of purchase.

Return Shipment


To return your product, please contact us to get the correct return address. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund. If the product is damaged in any form, a 15-40% restocking fee will be applied depending on the severity of the damage.

Processing Refunds


Once we receive and inspect your item, we will notify you via email of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

Late or Missing Refunds


If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at info@juncechess.com.
