The 32 pieces are cast in weighted polyester resin from Gizem's original moulds, then hand-finished and felted; the board is solid wood with a walnut-toned edge, cut and finished by us. Every set is checked and packed in the UK before it ships. We started with 3D printing to develop the shapes and moved to casting for weight and durability.
